Beyond our commercial unit offerings, GreenGood, in collaboration with Oklin International, provides comprehensive large-scale composting machine setups tailored to the Middle East market.
Our machines, when equipped with a grinder and water squeezer, significantly amplify the daily composting capacity. A prime illustration of this is showcased in a large-scale installation in Fujian, China. The GG500s, with a baseline daily capacity of 1375 kg/day (1.375 tonnes), can achieve an impressive capacity of 6 tonnes a day when combined with the specified accessories.
Oklin’s GG500s composting machine integrates seamlessly with four essential accessory components:
Sorting Platform
Oil and Water Separator
Shredder
Squeezer
Sorting Platform:
Waste hauling trucks deliver food waste to the sorting platform, where operators meticulously remove contaminants such as plastics, metals, non-organic materials, and oversized objects. The processed food waste is then directed onto the conveyor belt and into the oil and water separator.
Oil and Water Separator:
This component compresses oil and water from the food waste, minimizing moisture content within the organic waste. Utilizing a conveyor belt system, the treated food waste is conveyed to the shredder.
Shredder:
The shredder plays a crucial role in pulverizing the food waste, reducing its surface area and thereby enhancing the daily composting capacity of the machine.
Squeezer:
In addition to reducing particle size, lowering the water content in the food waste is pivotal for maximizing the composting capacity. The squeezer presses the food waste against a fine mesh screen, effectively removing excess water. The treated food waste is then transported via a conveyor belt and deposited directly into the composting machine.
These large-scale composting systems are particularly well-suited for central food waste collection sites. With a rapid 24-hour composting cycle and an impressive reduction rate of 80-90%, the resulting compost can be screened and utilized as a valuable soil amendment.
